Built by a handyman who got tired of $120 two-minute visits
Rent Ready Home Care is Vince Salviano's Henderson-based rental maintenance business.
It started with a $120 bill for a two-minute fix. Every small repair at a rental turns into its own visit, its own trip fee and its own minimum charge — and the guest-reported issues never stop. Rent Ready Home Care exists to fold those small fixes into one scheduled visit, with a report you can actually see.
