What areas do you serve?+

How does scheduling work if I never have to book anything?+

When you start, we connect to your booking calendar — through your booking software or a simple calendar link. Our system reads each place's check-in and check-out times, finds the open gaps, and books inspections into them on the schedule you pick. It also re-checks every hour, so a last-minute booking never causes a conflict. You and your hosts never have to coordinate a thing.

What's the difference between the three tiers?+

All three include the full inspection and a photo report. Tier 1 inspects and documents. Tier 2 adds hands-on work — swapping filters and batteries and tightening loose items (up to 10 items or 1 hour). Tier 3 adds reinforcement — re-anchoring stripped or badly installed items and threadlocking loose furniture so it stays put (up to 25 items or 2 hours).

What happens if something is stripped or broken?+

On Tier 2, if a screw, bolt, or hole is stripped too far to tighten safely, we take photos instead of forcing it. On Tier 3, that's what the reinforcement covers — re-anchoring and stronger hardware so it actually holds. Either way, you get a clear record of your home's condition.

Do you only work with short-term rentals?+

Short and mid-term rentals are what we do best — our system is built around guest turnovers and booking calendars. We can also help with other rentals for the right partners.
